 Discovery continue to offer simple supporting information to their programming on the Sky Digital platform, in this instance with one of their most sucessful strands. - shark programming. In this service, launched by the remote's red button you can find out trivia about sharks and test your knowledge in a quiz. The application also offers programming highlights during this special weekend.

Only the bottom 1/3 of the screen is used for the information, so perhaps surprising that Discovery decided to go for a full screen service with reduced video window instead of an overlay on the main video. Also note that the application content is not synchronised with the programming. |
